Before our newest little one came along, both of us had a hard time wrapping our head around the idea that we could love anyone as much as we love and adore this precious little ray of sunshine... In such a short time she has managed to steal our hearts and become the center of our whole existence. Words can't even begin to express... but pictures help :)
| An Addy and her Daddy...an unbreakable bond. Nothing makes his face light up like this little girl. He can't help but tell his Missy Mae how beautiful, smart, and funny she is, and how very much he love love loves her! |
| Her favorite stoop. Everyday she BUSTS out the front door and runs as fast as she can to the flower box under the tree and plops down and shouts (and signs) with a big ol grin on her face, "SIT!!" Not sure why she does it, but I love it. Its the only time she holds still. I come to love the perfect balance of predictability and complete and total unpredictability (just when I think I've got her all figured out!) that I've come to expect out of this little gal. Expect the unexpected, and enjoy the ride. |

| On the left is Woodward School, just across the street, where Travis attended 6th grade (as a member of the last class). Also where his Grandpa Dan and Grandma Alta, and my Grandpa Don attended school back in the glory days of small town St. George. It's a special place for our family. On the right is the Arts Center, formerly Dixie Academy where Travie's grandparents also attended School. We love these beautiful, old, red, sandstone buildings downtown. |
| Judd's Store, across from Woodward School. We love walking over here for the old school soda, candy, ice cream, and breadstix. Gotta love the nolstalgic feel, and it's just so gosh darn yummy! |
| We introduced pull-ups this month, but as you can see she just thinks it's a fun fashion accessory...*Sigh*, good thing it's cute :) |
| Feces Fingerpainting. This has become the new naptime norm, and it usually happens when Travis isn't around--which means I get to somehow Shamu the Whale my pregnant self into the crib and clean it up all by my own little fat lonesome...quite the challenge. |
| Travis being especially not amused at her new found art medium and being even more not amused that I'm taking a picture of him being less than thrilled. |
| Never a dull moment. We are in love with our sweet, lovable, happy Addy. |
