just hangin out

We have a big ol window in our kitchen and my little monkey likes to hang upside down in her bumbo and look out. Then she opens her mouth as far as it will go, ready for an upside down bite! She's so funny to watch, especially cuz she's so comfortable. (Doesn't everyone eat this way??!) And then if I put her in her new big girl high chair that has a high back on it, she can't go anywhere! But you can still tell she tries, and it perplexes her little brain. I can already tell she's so physically gifted, and I'm totally curious to see where she will take it. But I can wait. I'm not in any hurry for her to grow up. We see the cute preschoolers when we go to the rec. center and she totally locks her eyes on them, like she's curious. And I tell her "Don't they look like they're having fun?? Too bad you'll never grow up and go to precy-school!" I'm just playin with her, I know all too well she's getting too big too quick. By the way, doesn't she look just oh so pretty in blue??
